Suncoast is a full service sweeping company providing parking lot maintenance and power sweeping to many of your neighbors in Pinellas, Hillsborough & Pasco counties since January 1st 1995. We specialize in sweeping and cleaning out parking-lots and sidewalks in many major retail centers and complexes. Current accounts range from strip malls to city municipalities. There is no job too large or too small for us. On most accounts, we use a one-ton SuperVac sweeper truck in the parking lot and backpack blowers for sidewalks and hard to reach areas. We empty public trash containers during each visit. If there are items that are too large to be swept, we will arrange for prompt disposal at a nominal fee.
Suncoast Parking Lot Services, Inc. employees are trained to look for potential problems such as — pot-holes, missing signs, exposed wires, damaged sprinkler heads, etc. — and report them promptly to management. If possible, we will fix the problem immediately. This will save the management company from complaints or potential legal action.
