Suncoast Parking Lot Services was established January 1st 1995. We serve Pinellas, Hillsborough & Pasco Counties. Managed & owned by Bill Knapp since day one. We strive to be the eyes & ears for our property owners, to help keep properties in the best possible shape.

Power-sweeping
Offered for, but not limited to, shopping centers, offices, parking garages, hospitals, and festival clean-up.
landscape maintenance
Includes weekly lawn and landscape services, annual & semi-annual tree trimming, planting & mulching, and sprinkler maintenance & repair.
store clean-outs
This includes our 4-Step Cleaning and Disinfecting service. We also remove and haul away all debris, sweep, vacuum, and mop.
portering services
Dumpster area clean-up, cob-web removal, and hot-pressure washing.
outside hauling
Illegal dumping, store-front needs, and office needs.
